Leon Belov

I'm Leon from the Lending Group. I've been a loan officer since 2002 and some of the more common questions I get from clients are, well, how fast can you close? When can you close? Can you guarantee closing dates? The straight answer is about 24 business hours to underwrite. If you sign your loan application, have a fully executed contract, and provide income and asset documentation, we can literally generate a loan commitment or a conditional loan approval within 24 business hours. That means if your title is ready, your appraisal is waived. I can close you literally in a week...but the reality of things is that the title usually takes a little bit longer, at least in my experience, right? And most deals are not appraisal waivers. So we usually get them done in under 30 days or less...to my knowledge, no one can actually guarantee a closing date, but I clear conditions in 24 business hours....and of course we underwrite your loan in 24 hours.
